These Terms of Service apply to your use of doszr.com and purchases from DOSZR. Please read them before placing an order.

2. Placing an order
Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and check your chosen product, size and delivery address before paying.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the items selected. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming acceptance of your order.
If we cannot accept or fulfil your order, we will let you know and refund any payment taken for the affected items and any applicable delivery charge.
3. Our products
Our products are printed on demand by our fulfilment partner, Printful. Each item is produced after an order is placed.
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens, and small manufacturing variations can occur. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
Please check the product description and size guide before ordering. Product availability may change.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Payments are processed through PayPal, including debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order and is subject to authorisation.
Your bank or PayPal statement may show 89BLA DOSZR or 89BLACK DOSZR. These are billing names connected to DOSZR Shirts.
Prices may change for future orders. If we discover a pricing error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the error and your options. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement.
5. Fulfilment and delivery
Please allow 2–5 business days for fulfilment, followed by shipping to your destination.
Estimated total delivery to the UK is 7–12 business days. Regional shipping estimates and charges are available in our Shipping Policy.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods, carrier delays and customs processing may affect delivery.
If your order is delayed, damaged in transit or missing, contact support@doszr.com. We will investigate with our fulfilment partner and carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Where we arrange delivery, the goods remain our responsibility until they are received by you or a person you have nominated to receive them. Your statutory delivery rights are not affected.
6. Changing or cancelling an order
If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether production can still be stopped or the details changed.
Once production has started, we may be unable to change the item being made. This does not remove any statutory cancellation or return rights that apply to your purchase.
7. Returns and refunds
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact support@doszr.com with your order number and details of the problem. Photos can help us investigate.
We will provide the refund, replacement or other remedy you are entitled to under applicable consumer law.
For UK online purchases where statutory cancellation rights apply, you normally have 14 days after receiving your goods to tell us you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return them.
The cancellation exemption for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised applies only where the goods qualify for that exemption. Printing a standard catalogue design after you order does not, by itself, mean that cancellation rights are excluded.
Refunds are issued through PayPal to the original payment method. This includes the original card or payment method used through Apple Pay or Google Pay.

8. Intellectual property
The designs, images, logos and other content on this website belong to DOSZR or are used with permission.
Buying a product does not transfer intellectual property rights in its design. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit our designs or website content without permission, except where permitted by law.
9. Using our website
You must not use this website for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent information, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or interfere with its operation or other customers’ use of it.
10. Your account
If you create an account, keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect someone has accessed it without permission.
We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse or a security issue. This does not remove your rights relating to existing purchases.
11. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
12. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights. For UK customers, these include rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence remain unaffected.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last updated. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
