Here’s everything you need to know about shipping from DOSZR.
How our shipping works
Every DOSZR item is printed on demand. When you place an order, our print partner, Printful, makes your item, packs it and hands it to a shipping carrier.
Please allow 2–5 business days for fulfilment. Shipping starts after fulfilment and takes additional time, depending on your destination.
Total delivery time = fulfilment time + shipping time. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Typical delivery times
The following times are estimates, not guarantees. Total delivery estimates run from the date you place your order.
United Kingdom
Fulfilment: 2–5 business days, followed by shipping.
Estimated total delivery: 7–12 business days.
European Union
Fulfilment: 2–5 business days.
Shipping after fulfilment: 5–10 business days.
Estimated total delivery: 7–15 business days.
United States and Canada
Fulfilment: 2–5 business days.
Shipping after fulfilment: 5–10 business days.
Estimated total delivery: 7–15 business days.
Rest of world
Please allow 2–5 business days for fulfilment, plus shipping time for your destination. Contact support@doszr.com for a destination-specific delivery estimate.
During busy periods, including Black Friday, December and public holidays, fulfilment and shipping may take longer. Customs processing can also affect international delivery times.
Shipping costs
- Standard UK shipping: £4.99.
- Free UK shipping on orders over £50.
- International shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Your shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking may take 24 hours to show its first scan after the carrier receives your parcel.
International shipping
We ship internationally through Printful’s fulfilment network. Available destinations are shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, contact support@doszr.com and we’ll check whether we can deliver to you.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes. Any charges collected by your local authorities or carrier are separate from the shipping charge shown at checkout, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customs rules and charges vary by destination. Check with your local customs authority if you’re unsure what may apply to your order.
If customs charges prevent delivery or a parcel is returned, contact us so we can explain the next steps for your order.
Incorrect addresses and uncollected parcels
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We’ll check whether the address can still be changed.
If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or it was not collected, we’ll contact you to discuss the options. Additional shipping charges may apply if you ask us to send it again; we’ll confirm any charge before arranging this.
Delayed or missing orders
If your estimated delivery window has passed:
- Check your tracking link for the latest delivery information.
- Check with neighbours and any safe places where the carrier may have left your parcel.
- Email support@doszr.com with your order number so we can investigate.
We’ll work with Printful and the carrier to investigate. If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Made on demand
We print each item after it is ordered, rather than holding a large stock of finished shirts. This is why fulfilment time is additional to shipping time.
Payments and your statement
Payments are processed through PayPal, including debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available at checkout.
Your bank or PayPal statement may show 89BLA DOSZR or 89BLACK DOSZR. These are billing names connected to DOSZR Shirts.
